Self-guided session tools

Useful prompts, without pretending there is a coach.

The session workspace helps you operate authored movement examples. Automation stays narrow, optional, and reversible; manual controls remain the complete fallback. The workout and food logs sit outside this flow entirely and are just as opinion-free.

01

Written setup

Review position, equipment, movement steps, general stop information, and known limitations before starting.

02

Timer and captions

Follow the authored interval and see every spoken cue as text. You can pause, repeat, skip, or stop with visible controls.

03

Optional voice controls

Supported browsers can listen for a small command set such as pause or stop after you explicitly enable the microphone.

04

Optional movement count

For one narrowly supported movement, the camera may count visible repetitions. Poor visibility produces “not observed,” not a form or safety judgment.

05

Manual fallback

Every session remains usable without camera or microphone. You record completion and response yourself.

06

Personal session note

Afterward, save a short response in your activity record. No clinician or conversational system reads it.

07

Separate personal logs

The account also holds a workout log and a food log you fill in yourself. They sit outside the session flow and change nothing about it.

What the tools do not do

Counting is not assessment.

No diagnosis, form grading, symptom interpretation, or suitability decision.

No clinician or live person watches a session.

No camera or microphone permission before you choose to enable it.

No automated rule may override a stop or safety hold.

No suggested load, rep count, or calorie target in the personal logs. See what the logs do

Something changed?

Stop first. Review before another session.

The account keeps a dedicated change-review action separate from the session controls. Fixed rules can hold the session and show general seek-care information; they cannot clear you medically.
