Move
Read source-linked movement guides with plain-language setup, cues, and stop information, then use optional timers and demonstrations for the examples you choose.
Self-guided holistic health
Source-linked movement guides, a workout log, and a food log. Three plain tools for the parts of the day you actually control, with nothing in the middle telling you what to lift, what to eat, or how you are doing.
Personal goal · not a diagnosis
Setup, cues, and stop information
The whole idea
One place for the three habits, kept deliberately separate so none of them starts making decisions about the others.
Read source-linked movement guides with plain-language setup, cues, and stop information, then use optional timers and demonstrations for the examples you choose.
Write your own exercises, sets, reps, and loads, reuse what you repeat as a template, and look back at your own history.
Search a public food catalog, log a portion, and watch the day add up against targets you typed yourself.
New in an account
The workout and food logs are yours to fill in. They never suggest a load, calculate a calorie target, or connect to the movement guides.
Your training, written down the way you did it. Nothing here picks a weight, orders your session, or tells you when to add load—the one-rep-max table is a conversion you tap, not a target.
Portions and daily totals from a public USDA catalog. Targets are typed, never calculated: the product has nowhere to store your weight, height, age, or goal, so it cannot compute a number for you.
What it will not do
You enter the numbers and the product stores them. It never scores a day, awards a streak, ranks a food, or grades how you moved.
The movement guides and the two logs stay separate on purpose. Neither log reads your guide, and your guide never changes because of what you lifted or ate.
This is self-guided education and personal tracking, not physical therapy or medical care. No one reviews or monitors your account, and the app does not diagnose, treat, or decide that an exercise suits you.
