Prove one pathway.
The first pathway is intentionally narrow. Expansion should follow clinical authorship, validation, real outcomes, and the appropriate regulatory path.

The account, patient shell, and interactive voice/camera session exist today. The clinical pathway, durable health record, validated camera measurements, and autonomous adaptation engine still require formal clinical and regulatory work before treatment claims are appropriate.
